Mr. McGivery is coming up for Parole Virginia he is the exact definition of what the Virginia Department of Corrections does with rehabilitation and corrections. He has been incarcerated since the young age of 15 and has spent 24 years rebuilding his life. He is asking for a new life a life of freedom a life where he can help other men and women make positive changes in our community.
